Review & Sign the Client Service Agreement (CSA) – A short document to confirm mutual understanding of the service.
Confirm Understanding – I'll ask a quick question to ensure you’re signing of your own accord and fully comprehend the document.
Sign the Document – You'll sign the document(s) in my presence, and I'll take care of the rest!
Journal Entry & Payment – I'll finalize the notary journal entry, then you'll proceed with payment via the designated method.

Requirements
Valid Photo ID
It can be a REAL ID, driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID – must be unexpired.
Complete Document
Ensure all pages of the document are included (even if only the final page is being signed).
Remove Blank Spaces
The document must not have empty spaces (fill in or cross out any blank lines).
Witnesses (if applicable)
Bring your own if necessary – notary services do not include witness arrangements.
Payment Method
